Objective:
Provide a safe, nurturing environment for young children of working women, promoting their physical, emotional, and cognitive development. Most of the mothers are dependent on their daily wages and go early in the morning for work in agricultural fields. They either stop the school going children and make them do baby sitting or take the tiny-tots to their work spot risking their health and life

Establish a secure and welcoming creche facility, Provide quality childcare and education, foster socialization and emotional intelligence, Support working parents and families.

In an underdeveloped village lacking many basic facilities, primary education is most important and realising the need, a Primary school was established in 1917 by Philanthropist Duraisamy Ayyangar Which has been taken over by the NGO DGSEA.
Objective:
Provide a holistic education to primary school students, fostering academic excellence, social responsibility, and emotional intelligence.
Goals:
Establish a safe and inclusive learning environment, Develop a comprehensive curriculum, Foster socialization and community engagement, Support students' physical and emotional well-being.
Project :"Elementary Education"


The children of this village had to walk a long distance if they want to continue education after elementary school. There were many drop outs because of that.
Realising the need DGSEA upgraded the elementary school (up to 5th standard) to Higher elementary school (up to 8th standard) and slowly established a High School (up to 10th standard)
Objective: Provide high-quality secondary education, fostering academic excellence, critical thinking, and emotional intelligence.
Goals: Develop a comprehensive curriculum, enhance teaching methodologies, foster student engagement and motivation, and support students'
Physical emotional and well-being.

Provide vocational training programs, empowering individuals to acquire skills and secure employment.
Goals:
Develop industry-relevant training programs, Enhance employability skills, Foster entrepreneurship, Support economic growth.
With this goal DGSEA has established training program in Tailoring and Computer skills.

Objective:
Many senior citizens living in poverty do not have any family support due to various reasons. Realising the need for their Life with Dignity and Respect DGSEA has established a Home for Senior citizens and it runs in a World class facility. Provide a safe, supportive, and nurturing environment for senior citizens, promoting their physical, emotional, and social well-being.

Establish a secure and comfortable living facility, Provide essential services (food, healthcare and entertainment , Foster socialization and community engagement and Support independence and autonomy.
Project : "A Home of Comfort, Care, and Companionship"


Objective:
The village population mostly agrarian remained male dominant and when the men become liquor addicts, the women started encountering their torture. The economic independence of the women was considered essential for overall development of family. Empower women to take control of their lives, improve their economic stability, and enhance their social status.
Goals:
Establish a supportive community, Provide skill-building training , Foster entrepreneurship and Promote financial independence.

Implementation Plan:
It is a project of recurring nature and DGSEA has established more than 500 SHGs and allows them to function as independent bodies with assurance of hand holding whenever they need assistance.
